School days......

It's been 12 long years, since this ship sailed,
On uncharted waters, to discover new lands...

 The winds that carried us so far,
Are now turning into a soft breeze,
Whispering into our heart,
How can we ever be apart....

 Gained some things in this journey,we've also lost a lot,
As we went on ,this sea of life, has taught us all...

 We've made some mistakes, learned a lot,
On all those wrong turns we made,
There was a lighthouse that stood tall,
To guide us in dark, never to let us fall...

 Today is the time, when we all move away, from the shore,
But an adventure of lifetime, sailors, we'll always be by heart..

 Our souls, like the sails, will rejoice
Over the faintest of the winds,
As it flows past, whispering a dream,
That will enlighten the path to our gleam.

Look up and see

It's been a long time, since I've looked up at you, Long forgotten the stillness of yours.  Ever glowing, ever silent, Listening, never responding. You keep staring at me even still, from the cover of my forgetfulness you peek behind, Mudding your shine, hiding the path.  As if teasing me from afar. But now i see you, The doubts cleared away. It seems that I needed a Storm, And reason to fall, So that I can begin to look up again.  But I guess you already know, the clouds are everlasting in our tug of war, And so is the storm.  I know now to look up, And remember the clouds, the winds and the rains.
